Delivery, cancellation and refunds

How the service is delivered
- Electronic delivery only. Digital Startuper sells a design service; the website is delivered electronically as project files (via download link or repository handover). No physical goods, shipping or cargo is involved.
- Stages. Kick-off and content collection → first design direction → revisions within the agreed scope → final handover with project files. Timelines are stated in the written quote.
- Acceptance. The project is accepted when you confirm the final delivery in writing (email is sufficient).
Cancellation
- Before work has started, you may cancel free of charge by email.
- Once work has started, cancellations are handled proportionally: work performed up to the cancellation point is invoiced, and any excess is refunded.
- If a payment has just been made through our payment provider, same-day cancellation can be requested before the day’s processing ends.
Refunds and chargebacks
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment provider’s dashboard.
- The payment provider does not charge an extra fee for issuing a refund; posting times depend on the card issuer (typically 1–3 business days for credit cards, 7–14 days for debit cards).
- If work was performed before cancellation, the refund is reduced by the value of the work already delivered — we will show the calculation in writing.
Statutory withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to a distance contract, it is exercised under Law No. 6502; the exceptions for services that have begun with the consumer’s prior express consent are reserved. See the distance sales contract.
