This notice explains what personal data is processed when you use this website or contact Digital Startuper, operated by sole proprietor İbrahim Etem Karakaya (the data controller for the purposes of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data — “KVKK”).
Data we process
- When you contact us by email: your name, email address and the content of your message, so we can respond and prepare a quote.
- Language preference: your chosen interface language is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). It is not sent to us and is not a cookie.
- Technical data: the website is served through Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), which processes IP address and request data as a technical necessity of delivering the site. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
- Payment data: when a payment link is used, payment information is processed by the payment provider; this website never sees or stores your card details.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed to respond to your enquiry, prepare and perform a contract you request, meet legal obligations, and — where applicable — for legitimate interests in securing and improving the service (KVKK art. 5).
Sharing and retention
Data is shared only with service providers needed to deliver the service (hosting, email, payment provider) and with public authorities where the law requires it. Enquiry data is kept only as long as needed for the purpose or as required by law.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 you may request access, correction, deletion, objection or restriction of processing, and information about transfers abroad. Apply in writing to the contact details on our contact page.
